Do you think that the fact that there are absolutely no penalties for concentrating an entire fleet's fire on a single target is a problem?

What happens to a tower that is reinforced but doesn't have enough fuel to last as long as the stront. Specific example - Small tower with 1D 2 hour of fuel is put into reinforced with full stront for 1 day 17 hours. What happens at 1D 3 hour?

i have found a control tower in my home system which has no free moons and this tower is without force field (and no other structures).

I've been playing around and i'm looking for something a bit out of the box. I've put together a couple different builds (ECCM, etc). Basically just looking for a build that you think 1v1 would be unbeatable. The only type of build i'm not looking for is a tank build. Lastly warp scrambers won't be needed because it's just for fun.

I was interested... is it wise to use some ECM on ships not intendet (nto having bonuses) for ECM?

I mean... I am all Gallente pilot, but I would like to have sometime some electronic warfare backup on my ships?
I hear that dampeners are fail... So what is left is ECM and Tracking Disruptors...

If I don't want to go Calldari, what options I have?

yes and oxymoron. but if you could only field one dread and a couple of support to take down a POS. what type of support would you field to counter a small defending gang? anti-BS stuff? ewar?

I am getting conflicting information about just how tough sites in w-space are and what determines it.

Is it determined by W-Space system class (1-6)?
Is it determined by site type (Perimeter, Frontier, Core, Mag, Ladar, Radar, etc)?
combination of the two?


how much DPS output is needed for each? how much defense? how much extra cap recharge?
