CSM08 - What do I think of *****?

Submitted by Max Torps on Sun, 23/03/2008 - 18:15.

There is discussion left, right and centre about how opinion matters and it's true. It does matter but it's not the be all and end all.

An opinion counts when it comes to discussion and that is where ideas come from. In itself, this is not a bad thing. But when those opinions turn into overriding desire to "have your own way" then as a CSM you are not doing your job.

Here is the discussion on opinion.

It's also important to understand the difference between having an opinion and having an agenda, hidden or otherwise.

That said, some people, probably lots of people do not know me. Many probably don't even care and have already decided who to vote on.

I just want you to know that if you want to know my opinion on something, I want you to feel comfortable enough to ask.

I will likely post up a quick bullet pointed list of issues and my point of view on them if that is something people want.
