The Great War

I've been playing Eve some time now and was lucky enough to join a corp in the ASCN alliance. Mainly as a tackler but also with ewar I was useful and had a laugh.
Recently I've notived a change...is it me or has the war fizzled out since BoB issued the retreat? There doesn't seem to be much happening and we've taken to wandering around the galaxy like a gang of thugs beating up defenceless old ladies in empire to gain isk.
In fact, we seem to have gone from being a proud corp to a (still proud) pirate corp overnight. Is this the fate of all corps in the Great War? Are we all gonna kill the carebears? Do we need another war? Do we need a different target to BoB?
Great site btw, I'd like a color choice tho.
