"How the heck can you do this?", I hear you cry in excitement!
Step 1:
Register and log in.
Step 2:
Add the code below as a bookmark/favourite. This is called a bookmarklet:
What does the code in the bookmark/favourite contain?
The bookmarklet link contains the following code:

What does it do?
This code submits the URL and title of the page you activate the bookmarklet on to this site and opens a post here for you to submit it as a comm link with url and title fields filled in for you.
Step 3:
Now when you browse Eve-O forums, Scrapheap Challenge or any other Eve forum or site, if you see a post that is worthy of promoting or comment, click the favourite you saved and it posts it automatically to this site where other visitors can vote it up or down!
It's also useful to sort out good threads from ones that, ahem, aren't so good.
