We've introduced an exciting new ability that allows you to post links to other sites that you feel other pilots would be interested in. Comms Links! These can then be voted on! "How the heck can you do this?", I hear you cry in excitement!

Step 1:
Register and log in. You don't have to stay on the site once you've added your bookmark link on your toolbar but it helps if you don't log out.

Step 2:
Add the code below as a bookmark/favourite. This is called a bookmarklet:

Commslink IE users can right click this, select add to favourites. It warns you it may not be safe, this is just because it contains Javascript. You may have third parties check out the code, however it is PERFECTLY safe. Firefox users may also right click and add to bookmarks.

Site owners can also add that code to forum software or webpages to facilitate Commslinking and the extra traffic to their site.

What does it do?
Browse your favourite Eve sites as normal, when you come across a post or site Eve related that you think is great and want to share, press the bookmark link in your toolbar.

The code in the bookmark/favourite link submits the URL and title of the page to this site and fills out the title and url bits for you. All you need to do is make a comment.

Don't forget to initially vote up or your comms link won't appear!

Cool. You can. Just log in and click the post messages link - choose comms link from the list and fill out the details manually.

TL;DR:
Register and log in.
Commslink Right click, add to favourites/bookmarks. Ignore warning. Allow it.
Surf Eve sites and forums.
Click bookmark when you see something cool.
Profit???
