Wicked update! Voice and Video comments!

We've introduced a great new feature where you can leave audio or video comments to articles here!

We've left it open for unregistered users to do at the minute but that might be reviewed if the abuse starts to fly, heh.

Test is here, now.

Testing audio comments. Styling could be tidied up. And don't forget to hit save...otherwise your audio comments just disappear.
