Now then, there are a number of points of view you can take with this...if I've missed any feel free to post.
1: BoB are crying whaaaambulance at lag and are plotting the downfall of CCP...
2: Goons are impersonating BoB crying whaaambulance at lag and plotting the downfall of BoB and CCP.
3: Someone else is impersonating BoB crying whaaambulance at lag, hoping Goons will take the blame and are plotting the downfall of CCP, Goons and BoB!
Whatever the case, it's time to don the tinfoil hats!
