Excellence is not a state of mind.
Essentially it is aimed at directing CCP to live up to it's own internal promise and corporate aim of "Excellence".
Citing such failures as Faction Warfare, Treaties (where did they go?!) and the launch of Tyrannis as but a few examples, all supporters are calling on CCP just to live up to this aim and not just pay it lip service.
There is absolutely no doubt that CCP work hard at producing a great game and many employees bust a gut doing that. However it is obvious to see the management lose their aim sometimes and in the eyes of the player base, their customers, this is obvious.
The impetus to fix this and the related issues needs to come from the same place as the drive to get products out quicker while not fixing old content. It needs to come from above.
Let's make CCP Management realise a shift in priorities needs to happen and that it needs to happen right now!
